Global Code of Conduct

Introduction
Our commitment to ethical behavior and professional conduct underpins all of our interactions at
Orfium. This Code of Conduct outlines our principles and standards to ensure integrity, fairness,
and respect in our engagement with customers, partners, fellow employees, and stakeholders.


1. Customer Relations
We actively seek and value customer feedback, using it to improve our products and services.
Importantly, we expect our customers to treat our employees with respect, refraining from
unprofessional, abusive, bullying, discriminatory, or harassing behavior, and recognizing the
efforts of our support and service teams. We are dedicated to providing accurate and truthful
information about our products, services, and capabilities, avoiding any false claims or
misrepresentations. To safeguard customer data, we implement robust security measures and
ensure that data collection and usage are only for legitimate business purposes, with customer
consent. Our customer support is accessible and responsive through multiple channels, aiming
to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Transparency is key; we communicate openly
about product changes, updates, and potential disruptions, and provide clear and concise terms
of service and privacy policies.


2. Partner Relations
We foster successful partnerships through open and honest communication, sharing relevant
information as needed. Our partnership agreements are designed to be fair and equitable, and
we avoid conflicts of interest, disclosing any that arise. We honor the business practices,
culture, and policies of our partners, addressing any disagreements professionally and
respectfully. Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations is a
priority in all partner dealings, and we ensure that our partners adhere to relevant legal and
ethical standards as well.


3. Employee Conduct
Employees are expected to act honestly and ethically in all professional activities, avoiding
actions that could harm the company’s reputation. We promote a workplace environment free
from harassment, discrimination, bullying, and abuse and expect all employees to treat one
another with dignity and respect. This includes refraining from any form of inappropriate,
discriminatory, or abusive behaviors. Respecting diverse perspectives and backgrounds is
fundamental to our company culture.
Internally, across departments and across countries, employees should foster a collaborative
and inclusive work environment. The unique contribution of every individual is valued and we
believe in equal opportunities for all. Employees are expected to communicate respectfully and
courteously, acknowledging cultural and individual differences, and resolving conflicts in a
professional and constructive manner even in stressful situations.
Protecting sensitive company information and intellectual property, as well as maintaining the
confidentiality of employee and customer information, is crucial and business critical. Employees
must comply with all local and global company policies, legal requirements, and industry
regulations, promptly reporting any actual or potential violations they may reasonably be
expected to be aware of. We encourage employees to take ownership of their actions and their
impact on the company, striving for excellence and continuous improvement. Ongoing learning
and professional development are essential, and employees are encouraged to stay informed

4. General Business Practices
We adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in every aspect of our
business operations, ensuring that all practices align with ethical standards. All forms of
corruption, including bribery, fraud, and improper payments, are prohibited, and we have
controls in place to detect and prevent such activities. We are committed to environmentally
sustainable practices in product development, operations, and supply chain management,
promoting resource efficiency and waste reduction. Innovation is a core value; we encourage a
culture of continuous improvement, supporting creative solutions and the development of
cutting-edge technologies.


5. Reporting and Enforcement
We provide clear channels for employees, customers, and partners to report unethical behavior
or violations of the Code of Conduct. Orfium considers abusive conduct in the workplace
unacceptable and does not tolerate it under any circumstances. Regardless of whether the
inappropriate or abusive conduct is related to a fellow employee, customer, stakeholder or
partner, employees should escalate this to a Manager and/or the People & Culture department.
Managers are responsible for ensuring that employees are not subjected to abusive conduct. All
reports are treated seriously and investigated when appropriate. Retaliation against an
employee who reports or abusive conduct or verifies that it took place is strictly prohibited.
As per our whistleblowing policy here, whistleblowers of unethical conduct are protected from
retaliation, and their concerns are addressed confidentially and fairly. Reports are taken
seriously and investigated promptly. This Code is enforced consistently across the company,
with appropriate disciplinary actions for violations, which may include training, warnings,
reprimands, suspension, or termination of employment, customer relations or partnerships.


This Code of Conduct is a living document and may be updated to reflect changes in our
business environment and evolving standards of ethical conduct. It is the responsibility of all
employees, customers, and partners to understand and adhere to these principles.
